Cancellations

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or damaged products.

Refund Exclusions

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Orders that fail to arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address provided).
  • Refund requests made after 14 days from the guaranteed delivery period (44 days).

Returns & Exchanges Policy
